Who We Are
CO-Founder
Jon Gaboric is a veteran chef with over 30 years of global experience in developing innovative culinary concepts. Recognized by the James Beard Foundation and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, he specializes in international cuisines, hospitality operations, and brand development. His work spans fine dining to QSR, with a strong focus on concept creation, team leadership, and strategic consulting.
CO-Founder
Steve Delpino brings 25 years of operational expertise managing international foodservice brands. He spearheaded New York City’s first ghost kitchen and played a pivotal role in establishing satellite kitchens across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. At Kitopi, he led the transformation of backend reporting systems and customer success frameworks, helping drive rapid expansion in the ghost‑kitchen sector
